Ross County has inspired a work experience student, Caleb Maclean, who played a key role in the Staggies kit launch. As of June 24, 2026, Ross County stands 10th in Scottish Championship with 34 points.

What happened?

Caleb Maclean, a St Clement's School pupil, has been doing a six-week block of work experience with Ross County, being in at the club every Tuesday. He was a big part of the preparations for Ross County's 2026/27 kit launch, sorting the kit and getting it ready for sale.

Why it matters for Ross County

Caleb's work experience has been described as “life-changing” for him, and he has been a huge boost to the club's retail and ticketing team. He had to keep the secret of the kit for weeks before it was unveiled to supporters at large.

What comes next?

Caleb has also been helping set-up ticketing for the coming season and testing turnstiles, and he is eager to continue his work with the club. The club's retail and ticketing lead, Kathleen Mackay, said: “Caleb is such a hard worker, and the passion he has for the club means he wants to come in and do well.”
